Guest Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we request our guests to adhere to the following rules:

1. Identification (Important)

As per Government regulations, all guests (including minors) must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in. PAN Cards are NOT accepted as valid address proof.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM.
• Standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive later than the standard check-in time.

3. Occupancy

Maximum occupancy per room is strictly defined. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. They may meet guests in the lobby or restaurant areas.

4. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas. Designated smoking areas are available. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas or private rooms, subject to local laws.

5. Pet Policy

Please contact the front desk regarding our current pet policy. If pets are allowed, owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and cleanliness.

6. Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort property during their stay. Management reserves the right to charge for any damages found.
