Welcome to Muktkeshii Boutique Resort. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our resort and website. By accessing this website and booking a stay with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Muktkeshii Boutique Resort. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in Time: 02:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Advance payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI. All rates are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the website.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Loud music, parties, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited. The resort reserves the right to request any guest to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed unacceptable, without any refund. Any damage caused to resort property will be charged to the guest accordingly.

5. Liability

Muktkeshii Boutique Resort is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings or valuables left in the rooms or public areas. Guests are advised to secure their valuables. The resort shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss arising from the use of resort facilities, except where required by law.

6. Force Majeure

The resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
