Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation Charges

• More than 15 days before check-in: 100% Refund (minus applicable payment gateway charges).
• Between 7 and 15 days before check-in: 50% Refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: No Refund.
• No Show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the booking.

3. Modification of Booking

Date changes are subject to availability and may attract a modification fee. In case the tariff for the new dates is higher, the difference in amount must be paid by the guest.

4. Early Checkout

In case of early checkout, no refund will be provided for the remaining days of the booking.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the resort, cancellation and refund decisions will be made at the discretion of the management.
